Your roadmap stays in your browser
The roadmap uses your selected learning stage, curriculum and interest to display general guidance. It does not ask for your name, school, grades, email address or phone number. Your selections are held in page memory and are cleared when the page reloads.
Starting a conversation
The parent enquiry form collects the contact and learning-context details you choose to provide so Career Launcher UAE can respond to your enquiry. We ask for only the information needed to route that first conversation. Please do not include academic records, grades, identity documents or medical information in the form.
How long we keep enquiry details
We keep the details you send so that our team can respond, and so that we can get in touch again when your child reaches a school year or exam season we support — for example, a Year 10 enquiry may hear from us again in Year 11. Details are stored on the website’s own server, are seen only by Career Launcher UAE staff, and are never sold or shared with anyone else. Ask us at any time to correct them, to stop further contact, or to delete them, using the address below.
Emails about our courses and events
We may email the families of our students, and people who signed up with us (for example at an open day or a seminar), about our courses and events. Every such email says why you received it and has a link to stop them; stopping them never stops your child’s class schedules or messages about classes. People who signed up with us are kept for two years from when they agreed, then deleted. We never buy, sell or share email lists.
Class calendar links
Each schedule email can include a private link that adds the student’s classes to a calendar app such as Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. The calendar holds only the subject, day, time, place and teacher of the classes we emailed, never another student’s name. If you add it, your calendar provider fetches it from our site to keep it up to date, under its own privacy terms. Anyone with the link can see those classes, so keep it private; ask your centre for a new link and the old one stops working at once.
Enrolled students’ class attendance
For students enrolled with us, each class records whether the student was present, absent or arrived late. It is seen only by the student’s teachers, their centre’s heads, our academic heads and the owners. Families may be told by email about an absence the same evening and receive an attendance summary every two weeks. Teachers’ notes are internal and are never sent to families. Attendance is kept for the student’s time with us and two academic years after; teachers’ notes for twelve months.
WhatsApp, phone and email
If you contact Career Launcher, the information you choose to share will be available to the team through that channel. WhatsApp applies its own privacy terms. Avoid sending sensitive student records in an initial message; ask the team how such information should be shared and handled.
Analytics and hosting
The website does not load advertising pixels or a third-party analytics service, and sets no tracking cookies. It counts, on its own server, how often the WhatsApp, call and enquiry buttons are used on each page: only the button, the page and the day, never who tapped. When you send an enquiry, it records which page you sent it from and the first page of your visit, so the team knows which pages help families; your browser keeps that first page only until the tab is closed. To limit spam, the server keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your connection’s address for a day, never the address itself. The hosting service may process technical connection information to deliver and protect the website.
